I’m a web engineer working remotely from Colombia. I build marketing sites, landing pages and blogs with Astro, TypeScript and Cloudflare, with technical SEO, internationalization, performance and accessibility handled from day one. When a project needs more, I also do React and full-stack product work.

A bilingual marketing site for ItsFluxo, a Colombian business that offers websites, content, Meta Ads and automations.

  • Prerendered Astro pages in Spanish and English, served from Cloudflare Workers
  • An on-demand contact endpoint protected by Cloudflare Turnstile and sent through Resend
  • The marketing pixel loads only after visitors accept marketing cookies
  • Images served from R2 through Cloudflare image transformations

A multi-tenant platform for educational institutions, with single sign-on, an administrative panel, an academic module and a bilingual marketing site. My most substantial full-stack application.

  • NestJS and Fastify API on PostgreSQL with PgBouncer and Drizzle ORM
  • React 19 and Vite frontends that share auth, i18n and UI packages in a pnpm and Turborepo monorepo
  • Single sign-on across subdomains with Redis-backed sessions
  • Astro marketing site with typed i18n and automated SEO, i18n and CSP audits

In development and user-acceptance testing. The marketing site is public; the platform is not yet in production use by institutions.

Open source

Low-latency control of an ESP32 robot from the browser. The browser and the robot both open outbound connections to a Cloudflare Worker and Durable Object relay, so the robot needs no public IP and no open ports.

A little about me

I’m Andrés, a web engineer based in Colombia. I work in Spanish and English, and most of what I build is meant to be read in both.

I care about the parts of a website people only notice when they’re wrong: the metadata search engines read, the first paint on a slow phone, the keyboard path through a page.

I’m also studying Systems Engineering at Corporación Universitaria Remington.
